Design solution for the food sector, with the aim of automating and optimising the process.
On occasions like this, the client does not need the turnkey machine project because they have their own suppliers or because they have manufacturing and start-up capacity. In these cases we take care of the design, analysing the different possibilities and the best way to optimise production.
This solution consists of an electro-pneumatic transfer with stopper, whose mission is the automatic distribution of cardboard boxes to 4 operator stations in 2 different areas of the production line, under automatic request by emptying the work stations.
It has box entry detection in the transfer, automatic retention of the next box, and detection of the correct exit to the destination lines. It has an integrated XZ manipulator, with idle rollers to safeguard the integrity of the boxes during their handling at the exit of the transfer. Manufactured entirely in aisi-304L for the food sector with implementation in the work cycle of the existing production line.
