Our design team of mechanical engineers has state-of-the-art CAD systems to meet the needs of our customers. We have the latest versions of different 3D design software such as Solidworks and Unigraphics, to carry out the detailed design of any turnkey project. We carry out the 3D design of complete projects, thus offering a comprehensive service to our clients in mechanical engineering design.
EGON has experience and capabilities in 3D design for different sectors in projects of different scale and scope within mechanical engineering. We work through different phases from the initial development stage to the 3D design phase and its final optimisation.
Sometimes the customer does not need to manufacture the machine because they have their own suppliers or because they have manufacturing and start-up capacity. In these cases we take charge of the design, generating alternative designs based on preliminary specifications that take into account the customer's needs and objectives.
Based on these specifications and using sophisticated CAD tools, we study different design options with the aim of validating the alternative that best optimises the production process.
We carry out the designs taking into account at all stages the Machinery Directive and safety regulations applicable in each specific case.
